The VELEC Group, a specialist in the design, manufacturing and installation of hygienically designed equipment for the food industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the company CELTECH.
CELTECH specializes in the dosing of pumpable products, with or without particles.
This major strategic operation completes the range of technical solutions mastered by ACEMIA, ACINOX, MULTI-FILL and VELEC SYSTEMS, and strengthens the company’s position as an expert.
This acquisition is in line with the VELEC group’s growth strategy, aimed at offering ever more comprehensive, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of its customers specializing in proteins and ready meals. In return, CELTECH will benefit from the Group’s structural strength, enabling it to export its equipment internationally.

Thierry Louboutin, founder of CELTECH, has decided to sell his shares and retire after 19 years at the head of the company:

CELTECH took its first steps in the United States, at the Pack Expo Chicago trade show. The CELTECH machines on display are now available for testing at the Group’s Tech Center in Salt Lake City UT.
