Velec Group, a specialist in innovative and hygienic solutions for the food processing industry, announces the acquisition of Multi-Fill and opens its first office on North American soil.
Established in 2019, Velec Group brings together several entities offering industrial solutions for the food industry, with the goal of simplifying operators’ daily tasks and maximizing manufacturers’ productivity.
This new integration strengthens Velec’s value proposition by offering manufacturers complete solutions for loading, dosing, and packaging their products. The group now complements its range of standard machines for counting and filling with the specialized volumetric dosing machines produced by Multi-Fill.

Through the integration of this Salt Lake City, Utah-based company, the northern France-based group expands its production footprint to the United States.
